We have an exciting opportunity that I would like to present to you - sponsoring Telecare Crisis and Caring Line's upcoming event, the ListenUp! Supportive Listening Workshop.

Date and Location

Scheduled for October 14, 2023, at Columbia Bible College in Abbotsford, this workshop aims to provide valuable training for volunteers and professionals working at agencies, churches, and organizations that offer support and care services across the lower mainland.

Effective Listening is Crucial

Effective listening is crucial, especially for volunteers who regularly interact with the public. It enables them to understand unique circumstances, offer meaningful support, and build authentic connections.

Your Sponsorship

Your sponsorship can play a vital role in making this event a success. We seek sponsors to help offset the organizing costs, allowing us to keep ticket prices affordable for the predominantly volunteer participants from various organizations.

You can contribute in two ways:

• Monetary donations: Your financial support will help cover our estimated budgeted event expenses of [$3000].

• In-kind contributions: We welcome donations such as gifts that can be used to show appreciation to participants or items that can be included in a draw during the event.

In return, we want to show our appreciation and help promote your company. Your sponsorship will be highlighted to an audience of over 10,000 individuals through our website, email campaigns, direct mail, and social media presence.
