Wendy Toews, BA - Wendy has served as Telecare’s Listen Up! facilitator for five years. Her experiences as business owner and educator provide a basis for applying listening principles in real-world contexts.
Bill Strom, PhD - Bill helped develop the Listen Up! workshop out of his role as professor of communication at Trinity Western University. He also serves as Telecare’s executive director.
